Video: Canonball Floating in Mercury.
Very cool --
A cannonball floating/spinning in a pool of mercury. Don't try this at home. Apparently the previous generation played with mercury all the time, now its treated as a biohazard.
To me, the fascinating part of the video is that none of the mercury sticks to the irregularities on the cannonball as it floats & spins.
